I am in the process of transfering schools at my old school my Siu gpa slipped to a 1.9 and they declined my financial aid but my overall gpa is a 2.3 because i have credit from a community college from the year before. I am now transfering colleges so which gpa will they take my overall gpa or my siu gpa.
Ask the new college. Each school has its own SAP requirements.
Read their policy on Satisfactory Academic Policy then discuss it with the aid office. Each college has their own policy, although it may not be different. Some will just count previous semester, some count the year.
