<p>I am a chinese undergraduate student, and I want to apply the PHD program of Pharmaceutical Science in The University of Texas at Austin. Is it possible that I can earn a fellowship or any other finacial assitance. If possible, is it easy to apply?</p>
<p>I thought in most graduate programs you could be a teaching or research assistant in order to fund your tuition. Call the office of financial aid.</p>
