Well, first of your S.A.T score is really good, that is going to be your most powerful factor when the consider you for admission

Do not fret on your G.P.A, here is why, if your E.C show dedication, as you mentioned you played Baseball for three years, what was your position? how much did you benefit your team? how did you mature from this experience? You also mentioned you have 4 years of work experience, what kind? what about volunteer work? such as Community service? All these will help hide your G.P.A score believe me, I was in the same boat as you, I got accepted TO G.T.U with not so great G.P.A, worse then yours lol but with an amazing SAT, Recommendations and outstanding E.C’s. You should make a college resume to help you out, because that is step one towards admission to your top choice college. Another thing, try and expand your list more, you must have done something else other then just baseball and a job, think about what you do in your free time, are you involved in any other sports outside of school? any specific club? I’m not saying list a million clubs that you where in for a week or so, but something you have a passion for (Baseball might be your passion it might not, but unless your a prodigy at it and are very cretin of your skills then by all means, try and go for a athletic scholarship, since chances for acceptance tend to be A LOT higher.

How inflated are your schools grades?
For example, this years Valedictorian has a 4.0 GPA with a 1500 on her S.A.T ._.

Another example would be, there is a student with a 94 avrg with a 1100 on his SAT…

Check to see if your schools GPA is inflated or not, because if it is then you can use that to explain that your school sucks.

No as for the list you posted:
The never heard of the first school.

UOP: Low Match - Match
UOC: Same
BrgU: Never heard of it
SA: Really good chance, Match - high match.

Good Luck!

Also make sure you polish your admissions part I and II form to perfection! Do not be dull!
