Finally, something good happens!

Okay, so a lot of you know I’ve been going through a rough time lately…family death/illness/stress of senior year, etc.

So today I’m sitting in my government class, and a girl comes in and hands a teacher this paper, which he gives to me. It reads:

“Congratulations! You have been nominated for the ‘Hall of Fame’. This is the highest honor that insert school’s name here awards. If you accept this nomination and wish to be considered for selection you must complete a resume of your (4) years of experience at insert school’s name here.”

I’M SO EXCITED. ^_^

Congratulations!!!

I hope you weren’t toooo surprised. We all know you’re an outstanding student, but you need to really internalize that!

Nice going, hgfm! You’re the best.

terwitt-I know I’m a good student, it’s just that this isn’t something that every good student gets…you have to be nominated for a faculty member or counselor. And while I’m on good terms with a lot of faculty members, I assumed they would nominate this other girl in my class who is just…amazing.

Thank you for the congrats, all! I’ll let you know how it turns out, though the winners aren’t announced until graduation.

You seemed to be so hard on yourself regarding the math placement thing a couple of weeks ago. I hope this helps put things in perspective for you.

It definitely does. ^_^

Congratulations, HisGrace!:)
