I’m only a freshman in college at the moment, and have been planning on majoring in finance. I had trouble deciding between graphic design, architecture, and finance. I was wondering what career positions are possible for a finance graduate involving fashion or the arts. I’d rather not restrict myself to a job in an investment firm. I know that there are career opportunities in, for instance, in clothing companies but I was hoping for a little more insight.

Finance is really general…it deals with a company’s money and assets, so there will undoubtedly be job opportunities in the fashion industry.

Since you mentioned architecture, you could consider going into real estate development (a finance role).

Real Estate, definitely.

real estate private equity :p
