<p>If you are wanting to get into Bromley and are sweating that your payments will be due before you get your Student Loans, ask for the two payment plan, versus the four payment plan. The problem for most people is coming up with four payments of over $2500 each prior to getting your finances in order…don’t listen to the Financial Aid office who says that private housing companies want their money now, and right now…if you speak to at least the folks at Bromley, they will defer your payments until Oct 06 and Feb 07! Of course they charge a small fee of $200, but it’s worth the piece of mind. I’m told however, that in Bromley, you can’t take food from the cafeteria into your room, but in on-campus housing you can…however, the housing on campus is much smaller and does not offer all of the amenities that Bromley and others offer…just wanted to share this with all of my peeps who are sweating the timing of receiving their financial aid and having to pay for private housing…</p>
