<p>Ive been trying to get this information from the financial aid office, but they are not able to give me the answer, they just keep referring me to other people who don’t know.</p>
<p>The financial aid they gave me is not great and enough to get me to come up from MD, but Penn State is the school I really want to attend. Does anyone know if they have better packages (meaning 70% or more of costs being covered) once you enter or move on to the previous year?</p>
<p>Also, I received full scholarship to American U. Would it be better for me to just attend American or is there a way I can get Penn State to offer me the same or close to the aid I was offered?</p>
