Financial Aid Appeal Form

Hello everyone,

I didn’t do too well during my first semester of college and now I have to send in an appeal form. I’ve been trying to send in my appeal, however, I keep receiving a rejection notice…leaving me to fax my papers in instead.

My question is, what happens if my appeal gets rejected? And just out of curiosity, what happens if you never turn in an appeal at all? Are you just put under a warning?

If your financial aid appeal gets rejected, you will not receive aid.

If your academic appeal gets rejected (and you were dismissed) you will not permitted to attend school in the fall.

If you do not turn in an appeal at all, the decision of the school stands (that you don’t receive aid, or you don’t return to school in the fall or both if the school has suspended you both academically and financially)
