<p>In 2008-09 i went to utah state and did very very poorly. really bad study habits ect. so i pulled out and took a break until 2012. i then went into a community college in california. i received financial aid yadada. but then i found out i needed to submit my old grades from utah state so i did and it greatly reduced the gpa i had earned at mt sac below the 2.0 needed for financial aid. so im trying to go through the appeals process. i have my letter i have my Education plan signed by the counselor. i have my transcript evaluation. but what the heck do i use for Verification of unusual and mitigating circumstance? the gpa i have earned here is just under a 3… but i am at a lost of how i get this verification part done…</p>

<p>Good advice. Your counselor should be able to tell you what may have been justifiable for past appeals.</p>
