Is anyone else in this spot? I think at this point FA is set in stone and I was really surprised when I essentially offered full pay despite there being only 400 spots for CS. I was really excited to be accepted and I’ve been rejected from many reaches since then so I’m wondering exactly how many others got caught in this.
??? Being accepted does not mean you get FA. Can you clarify your question? Caught in what?
CS was pretty competitive this year and Illinois has been in a bad shape so I was just wondering what aid others (especially in CS) have gotten this year… I’m aware acceptance doesn’t mean FA but I figured I’d get something. Also, I mean caught in the position of getting in but completely unable to afford it.
Have you received your FA package? If so, believe it. It doesn’t matter what others got.
