<p>Part of prerequisite for the application as a transfer international student was no financial aid allowed.
However after being offically accepted in June,I was sent an application for financial aid in my acceptance package!!
I looked at the financial aid office website and they say the deadline is in March,2009.</p>

<p>Wires got crossed. International students do get financial aid.</p>
<p>If you apply past the deadline you’re placed on a financial aid waitlist. They’ll usually tell you your position on it. The sooner you apply; the sooner you get the Aid. I applied 2 weeks past the deadline last year and was third on the waitlist. Got taken off late July.</p>
<p>Lastly, if you don’t get FA your first year there, you’re not allowed for subsequent year application.</p>
