I can’t seem to find an e-mail for the financial aid office. I will not be able to exhaust my concerns with the contact form. Please advise.
In my limited experience I’ve found the Financial Aid office swift to respond to the contact form. I’ve filled in basic details on the form and then received an email from a relevant advisor’s personal email address so can add more details in response to this. Hope this helps!
However, I guess responses may not be immediate given the numbers who might be contacting them today!
@fro123 you were absolutely right. For any future applicants that may be wondering, this is the way to go ^^^. They were indeed quick to reply to my query and offered an e-mail address to which I could send follow up questions (which they equally answered in record time).
My original concern with the contact form was that I wanted to send an attachment which as you can imagine isn’t possible through this medium. But it turns out Yale policy only allows them to receive official documents through fax and mail.
