<p>sporadically. ive had this miserable discussion with murphy et al in the basement and instead of admitting the bureaucratic measures underlying disbursements they instead reiterated that it would appear inevitably and at various points most likely, by the time of your enrollment… assuming you manage the funds for that pesky fall… so i encourage you to bask in your anxiety and sweet financial misery in the time being</p>
