How would I apply for financial aid at a school where I’ve been deferred during Early Decision? Would I continue to follow the instructions for Early Decision applicants? Or would I follow the timeline for Regular Decision?

Well…presumably you submitted a Profile to the school already…or their own form. Next up would be the FAFSA.
And yes, since you were deferred, you are now in the RD round.
