<p>Hi All! I was accepted yesterday as a BFA Acting Major! I found out on WA, and they said I should get an official letter soon. I checked about financial aid, but right now it says nothing( as in it says I received $0 in aid). Now not to be blunt, but I don’t think this is possible. I come from a single parent family with one parent in jail and the other a private school teacher. Do you think they have yet to give me my FA package? I was only accepted yesterday so I think that is the case, but I wanted to be sure…</p>
<p>Hi there. You will receive a notice from the school to go into your wolverine account and check your estimated aid package when it is ready.</p>
<p>However, you should be aware that as a public school, UMich does not necessarily meet need for OOS students, so you <em>could</em> end up with far too much of a gap to make it viable to attend. So be sure to have a backup plan, just in case.</p>
