my parents are helping me pay for college, but I do not remember their Fafsa login information verified email and username
I have tried to retrieve the username, but I never submitted a phone number to get a retrievable code and have forgotten the answers to the challenge questions what can I do?
If it’s your parents who don’t remember their info…have them call the fafsa help line.
If it’s YOU (the student) then you call.
They should be able to help your parents…and they will help you. BUT they won’t give your parents your info, and they won’t give you theirs.
When you get this…write it down, and keep it in a SAFE place.
Only one parent has to sign the FAFSA. If the other parent can’t retrieve their info (did they sign up with an email address?), then have the other parent get a FSA ID and make sure they save that info for future use.
