Financial Aid if I stay an extra semester at Upenn? + Engineering Gradschool CGGT GPA

<p>So I’m a sophomore in my fourth semester at Penn, and I’m behind on about 5 courses, and was debating between taking four summer school classes and one through the schoolyear, or just staying an extra semester.</p>

<p>Does Penn provide financial aid if I stay an extra semester (after my eighth semester)?
If so, how much financial aid?</p>

<p>Would that be better than doing summer courses this upcoming summer?</p>

<p>Also, a bit unrelated - how high should my GPA be to get into Penn’s Engineering Grad school for CGGT (computer graphics and game technology)? The site says that 3.0 is the minimum, but is 3.1, for example, good enough?</p>

<p>You’re on campus. Why don’t you walk over and talk to a Fin Aid counselor? Broken legs? Most Ivies have no provision for a 9th semester.</p>

<p>Who says I’m on campus or will be on campus any time soon? My house is pretty far from the campus.</p>

<p>And your post wasn’t very helpful. I asked on here because FA isn’t reliable as far as their information. They constantly get things wrong/mixed up/late, etc.</p>
