financial aid :\ not enough.

i applied for scholarships by december 1st. but no merit… i got global leaders program at marshall and 2170 sat/ 34 act/ 3.8 gpa uw 4.4 w/ and solid ec’s.

very small need based. around 3200 for a university grant and some other things. but its not enough… i dont feel as if they met my financial needs 100% at all.

like if i cant afford to go here how am i met 100% ?

my dad is writing an appeal but i really hope to get some more money. i dont want to end up 130,000 in debt if i choose to go here.
i really thought id get a bigger package too :\ oh well

is anyone else in a similar situation!?

How close did they come to meeting your FAFSA Expexted Family Contribution (EFC) ?

Did they say they would meet 100% ?

If all deadlines and requirements are met, then USC does meet 100% of USC-determined need. That means it may not be the same as your FAFSA EFC. They consider assets reported in the CSS Profile as well, so USC-determined need may be higher. All of this is explained in the FAQ for Financial Aid thread. Good luck.
