<p>I want to apply for this scholarship, and part of the application requires the financial aid office to complete (information about tuition and stuff). Do I have to make an appointment so they can fill out the form, or can I do it on a drop-in basis? Also, where would I make an appointment? I can’t find anything on their website about this.</p>
