<p>You mail it to the address at the bottom of that sheet.</p>

<p>Hmm… Yesterday, I called about that. The lady said that they were sending out a whole new batch of financial aid packages, since one student lender was removed. And she told me that the financial aid package acceptance form didn’t have a specific due date. </p>
<p>I’ve heard from various people that it’s due May 1st, but it’s unlikely that the financial aid office would get it wrong.</p>
<p>Yeah, you should’ve gotten that notice in the email they sent you but I sent mine in anyway because I didn’t take the student loan.</p>
