<p>i’ve received a mail from the calgrant/fafsa on webgrant4student.com.
im very confused on the plans that i will be receiving.
it says that i am qualified for plan A, which gives greater amount of money, but im not awarded. plan b is awarded but on hold, and it gives me very little.
i’ve heard from my friends that accepting plan B is much better in the long run…which i don’t get either.
i expected to get the similar grants/financial aid based on the expected estimate on myapplication on UCSD webpage… do students usually get the told amount from the website? or it does it change?</p>
<p>I was told that I was only going to get plan B in the summer. But I got plan A in my freshman year so, who knows? I think it’s just for sure you’re given an award but depending on funding, getting plan A isn’t guaranteed so they don’t guarantee you plan A. I could be wrong though.</p>
