Im a instate high school Junior planning on attending Rutgers, how much in financial aid would I get if my single mom brings in under 35,000 a year.
Would you also qualify for merit aid there? What is your GPA, and did you take the SAT or ACT?
I think you would qualify for the federally funded Pell Grant of $7300 or so, and could take a Direct Loan in your name for $5500 for freshman year. I think about the Pell because the criteria is a little changed from past years. @kelsmom ?

You should be covered by the Scarlet Guarantee and the Garden State Guarantee, which provides free tuition. You may get additional financial aid as well.
Are you within commuting distance of Rutgers?
Have you run the NPC calculator?

Im about 45 minutes from there but I plan on attending a frat in the spring of freshman yer
Im taking my first SAT this March and I haven’t taken my ACT yet, my GPA is a 4.0 weighted
