<p>I got my aid package the other day, and they met my EFC, but in reality it is not enough for me to be able to afford W and L. Do you know if there is any way to appeal the decision and get more money?</p>

<p>yea… my fault I meant UNC. I am having the same problem at both schools</p>

<p>How far away are you from being able to afford attending? Its relatively inexpensive instate so Im assuming you’re OOS?</p>

<p>yes, Im out of state. I need about 5,000 more dollars (per year) to be able to afford. Is there any way the financial aid office renogotiates the preliminary decisions?</p>
