Does NYU only give financial aid to the tippy top students who they accept or do they give generous aid to normal students because I am contemplating on whether I should even apply. I’m also applying to UF as a match but I’m in state for UF. Does NYU give good compensation for OOS students?
The few kids I know who got substantial scholarships from NYU were all “tippy top.” They were also OOS, though I don’t know if that had any bearing on it.
We are from Florida too. Bright Futures is only 3000- a year fyi and Stern gave my daughter 22k aid. She is going to go to to Cornell.
