Financial Aid

Well even after getting a scholarship how can an International Student(I am from India) can finance his education?

Purdue’s [Division of Financial Aid](www.purdue.edu/DFA/index.htm) offers a page with information about [financial aid for international students](www.purdue.edu/DFA/fast/international.htm). (They mention among other options the SallieMae Signature Student Loan if the applicant has a US citizen co-signer.) There is a section on their [FAQ page](www.purdue.edu/DFA/faq.htm) called “Loans” which is what would be needed if scholarships aren’t sufficient to cover a student’s need. Purdue offers their own loan program, but it’s not clear to me whether this is available to international students. (Most of the loan programs are Federal programs which I think may only be available to US citizens, and most seem to require the FAFSA form be submitted before March 1 for consideration.)

any indians want to suggest something?
