<p>does anyone know when a financial aid package should be expected for EA admits? I’m pretty sure the office has received all necessary materials. should it be coming April 1 along with RD? thanks!</p>
<p>They send admitted students their financial aid info in rush mail on April 1st. So, expect it sometime during the following week. I think they send housing info in the same package right? Can someone confirm that?</p>
<p>I already got mine… i think it depends on when you send in all your stuff. it should take 8-12 weeks.</p>

<p>Residential College assignments are not made until late in the summer.</p>
<p>The concept of most amiable/most diverse doesn’t apply. Assignment to residential colleges at Yale is random (except for legacies, who can opt in or out of a parent or sibling’s college). The goal is to create a cross-section of the class in each college, and I’m sure there’s an effort to select for diversity. For amiability? No. If a college happens to have a certain character one year (artsy, athletic, etc.), that may change the next year. </p>
<p>Depending on your major and/or activities, some colleges are more geographically desirable than others.</p>
