<p>Yeah, a while ago before I accepted the loan. It's just an online agree or disagree contract that says you must pay back the loan.</p>
<p>If you have already done it, just redo it again. It should clear up pretty quickly now.</p>
<p>If it doesn't disappear in a business day or two from when you complete the actual form online, just do it again. It should go away quickly.</p>
