<p>Does anyone know what the starting salary of a first-year analyst in a financial development program will be (in NY) in a bulge-bracket bank? Please note that this development program DOES NOT lead to a career in Investment Banking (not what I want anyway ;)).</p>
<p>I have a masters degree in financial engineering, if that increases the salary at all. </p>
<p>I've looked all over the internet and I'm getting such contrasting numbers, I have no idea what to think!</p>
