I can’t seem to find a list of universities that offer Financial Engineering as an undergraduate major, if anyone can find one it would be much appreciated.

Princeton University
Columbia University

Are those the only 2 schools that offer it as an undergraduate major?

That’s multidisplinary in nature and that’s why not many schools have BS awarded (there’s just not enough room to get everything in for a BS degree).
At Northwestern, one way to do this is to major in industrial engineering and managment sciences or econ+MMSS and then get Kellogg certificate in financial economics (master-level finance and very quant-oriented).

If you get onto the kellogg program, you’re set for greater things in life. However it is quite a selective program - only the best of the best are absorbed.
