<p>I’m a high school senior from Massachusetts and I am set to attend Salem State Univiersity in the fall of 2013.</p>

<p>Recently, my house caught fire and is now uninhabitable. My family and I are all safe, but we are now living in a hotel and we are looking for an appartment for the next 3 to 6 months</p>

<p>I was wondering if this could get me more financial aid. Money is really tight so we could really use it. If I can get extra aid, how would I go about doing this</p>

<p>Your school will want to see documentation of how much will not be covered by insurance. If you have homeowner’s insurance then your hotel and many other bills will be eventually covered.</p>
