I recently graduated college (May 2018), but I still have an outstanding balance on my student account that isn’t covered by a loan. I’ve looked for private student loans, but I can’t find any that apply to people who are no longer enrolled. Has anyone heard of a student loan that would apply to my case? I only need about 6500 USD. Thanks!
None I know of. You’ll need to talk to the college about some kind of installment payments.
Ok, that sounds like a good idea. I’ll look into that. Thanks!
You must be enrolled to get a student loan for that term. You might be able to get a personal loan but it won’t be a student loan (with the terms and guarantees of a student loan).
If you have an outstanding student balance…how did you graduate? Most colleges won’t award a degree with outstanding bills.
You mention balance in USD. Are you an international student?
