I am a high school junior. I have a GPA of 3.3. Are there any colleges in Maryland (this is the most preferable because it is the state I live in), Pennsylvania, Delaware, or Virgina that has a diverse campus with international students, many clubs and isn’t an astronomical price? Or is that just a fantasy and no colleges are close to that
