Finding the Right Fit

I’m looking for a few ideas and thoughts. I think I have the schools I’m applying to lined up fairly well, but I need to get some extra thoughts first.
Which schools would best fit my interests?

I’m a tuba player, but I can’t afford my own instrument
My secondary instrument is Baritone, and yet again, I can’t afford one.
I play a little bit of trumpet and I do own one.
So, in other words, I’d like a school with a good music program, and honestly, I’d like one with a decent stage/auditorium.

I’d like to be able to take a high quality of private lessons in the above stated instruments, piano and voice.

I’m currently on my school’s debate team, and I love it. I’d like to continue, but I’m not specifically looking for an overly competitive school for this, just one with a fairly good team.

I’d like to attend a larger school.

My GPA from freshman year isn’t impressive.
(Honors English; 1 Semester-A, 2 Semester-89% B
Honors Science; 1 Semester-A, 2 Semester-86% B
Geometry; 1 Semester-A, 2 Semester-89% B
Band; 1 Semester-B, 2 Semester-A (Second semester I was in the advanced band)
Latin; 1 Semester-B, 2 Semester-A
Dance; 1 Semester-A (PE Credit)
History; 2 Semester-B 89%
Debate; 1 Semester-A, 2 Semester-A)

In middle school I’d get 1-3 B’s a year.

I’m not sure what else to add right now. :)

OH! And I’m applying for my Junior year!

AND I do need FA, a lot of financial aid.
