Fire administrators to fix higher ed

Just wait til the administrators start giving themselves tenure…

I think we’re going to have to make some serious considerations. We want colleges to take the lead on addressing issues like campus sexual violence, disability accommodations, mental health counseling, career and recruiting services, etc. but we don’t want them to hire people to oversee these areas?

Should we push more of that work onto professors then? Or outsource them to others, akin to the way companies like Aramark have taken over college dining halls? Outsourcing may work, although I personally don’t know if it will be cheaper.
