I applied to UW in early october. I am an OOS-er and my ACT score is a 28, with a 32 and 30 in the reading and english areas. I applied to the neurobiology major( yes i know, competitive). My Unweighted GPA is 3.9, and I will have taken 7 AP’s by graduation. I took the SAT again earlier this month, and plan to get around a 1950. I took it in May and got an 1870 though. So, I was just wondering if I had a chance. Thanks!

Also, does anyone know when the first batch of acceptances come out?

I applied Nov 31st, and was accepted Dec 24. That was the earliest I heard of at the time, but clearly if you apply earlier you will probably get accepted earlier.

Your test scores alone aren’t enough info to give you a full evaluation, but assuming your GPA is high and that you have a lot of ECs with solid essays, you shouldn’t have a problem getting into UW.

On the UW website somewhere I believe it states that Dec. 1st is when they first start sending acceptance letters. Since you applied right around when applications came out, expect to hear in December.
