<p>I’m thinking of finding a way to tell UIUC (Illinois Urbana-Champaign) that it’s my number one choice. Surely, even if it doesn’t help me get in, it can’t hurt! My options range from squeezing in a quirky “UIUC is my #1! :)” note into the margin of one of my application papers to writing a formal letter to an admissions representative. I don’t think there’s a best way to do this, I’m just looking for new ideas and a little nudge in the right direction.</p>
