I have read all the posts about what to expect and how it is so informal, but what specific questions should I expect to be asked? Any advice? And what are some good questions to ask them?</p>
<p>Ask them if they anticipate any changes over the next four years that would impact you as a student (new programs, shifts in focus, etc…)</p>
<p>By the way, it’s good to google the strategic plan for any school you are interviewing at. It’s always interesting to check out what the administration feels are its primary weaknesses as an institution and future vision for where they should be going.</p>
<p>And while you are on campus, pick up a copy of the student newspaper: It’s a great way to get a feel for what is going on around campus, what the students are concerned about, and the general culture/vibe of the institution.</p>
