What is the first thing people ask/tell you when you inform them that you will be attending New York University?</p>
<p>For me, they say “How are you paying for that?!”</p>
<p>they usually say “you got in?” haha i’m not even kidding</p>
<p>“Like, New York State?” 
People around here don’t get out much.</p>
<p>They say, “The only reason I didn’t apply there is because I heard horror stories about financial aid.” (Unfortunately true, haha.)</p>
<p>What’s that?(I’m international). People don’t know that it is actually a very good place. They wouldn’t see much difference between Montana State and UPenn, for example. :)</p>
