Does anyone know whether there have been meaningful differences in the number, quality and success rate of applicants in the first deadline pool vs. the second deadline pool? How do senior grades factor into the first deadline pool? Did I read somewhere that they’ll ask for first semester grades only if they want them? If a student is anticipating an especially strong first semester, might it be better to hold off and apply to the January deadline when for sure those grades would be included in the review? And, finally, is one deadline more advantageous than the other for OOS? I’d welcome hearing from people on these questions. Thanks.

I’m curious to know if senior year grades will be factored in for the first deadline too…
