<p>I was working on my common application, and in the section where you put your parent’s information and what college they went to well… my parents’ colleges weren’t there!</p>
<p>They went to small colleges in Nigeria, and I don’t see any option to put “other” or something like that as their college.</p>
<p>So do I just leave it blank? And if so, will colleges consider me 1st generation? (I’m the 1st person in my family and extended family to attend college outside of Nigeria).</p>
