First Quarter Grades

I applyed ED on Nov 1st. First quarter grades come out around Nov 19th at my school, and then they'll send them to the college. How much of a factor is this? Will the ad coms even look at them? Because my grades are lower than my grades from the past few years. I'm really worried that it's going to hurt me.

hey!

that's what worries me too. But some people are saying that most ED schools see ur midyear report not 1st quarter grades. I'm not sure

Yes, if your first quarter grades are available they will be very important because the school will want to see that you are taking the most rigerous courses and are still on an upward trend. The fact that your scores come out before the Ed decision, will mean that they are probably going to be taken into consideration
