First round of decisions

If someone could please remind me, which top 25 schools released admissions decisions today, and how overall did people fare? was it a massacre, or do they seem to be a little more lenient this year? Or do you have no idea, lol

well two of my friends from my school got into Columbia today, and one of them didnt have the “stats” that many people consider necessary to be accepted by Columbia, and my other friend from my school got into Cornell.

Considering that Columbia is one of more strict schools in admitting students i would say it might be a little more lenient, beside u of chicago where their early action applicant pool increased 66% or so, however Dartmouth another strict ivy league school raised its early decision rate by or to 33% i dont remember but it was a significant increase

I believe Duke’s apps went up by 33%, though they didnt have many ED apps to begin with, so I dont think it was too significant of a change. Thanks for the info, Tallone
