<p>I took the SAT for the first time in march and got a 2010 with
740 in Math
660 in Reading
610 in Writing</p>
<p>I was well aware that reading and writing were my weak points and expected somewhere around 630 for each so I’m not really disappointed. I spent all my time working on math, mostly because I like math, but also because I figured I had a shot at an 800 (careless mistakes though…). Anyways, I’m planning on taking it again in June and was wondering what you all would recommend to improve both reading and writing. Would like to get a 700 in both if possible. I’m aware of the essay sticky in this forum and will work on the points that mentions, but what’s the best way to improve my reading and MC writing? IE Where should I study vocab and all that?</p>
<p>I have the blue book which was a good tool for math but it just doesn’t seem as useful for the other sections.</p>
