3.8 but most boring semester ever. Hated most of my classes.

@leolibby-Its 18, Freshman Seminar is 1 credit, Applied Calculus and Arabic are 4 credits, and everything else was 3 credits.

^ Reminded of a quick question, if somebody doesn’t mind answering.

I don’t think my school does credit hours. All of our classes are 1 credit, labs are 0.5, and intro language courses are 1.5 since they meet everyday. If I’m applying for an internship or something and it asks for number of credit hours, what do I do? Count the number of hours of class I have? It’ll still seem like I have much less since many of my classes do not require discussion sections since they are small …

^^Are you actually Yale '14? If so just list your credit hours the way Yale lists them. Any employer worth its salt will know that they probably just have a funny way of doing credits.

Alright, that’s what I thought. Thanks.

Man I have never been happier to attend a school that doesn’t have plusses or minuses. However, If I had gotten below 90% on anything I probably would have been extremely upset about this.

Freshman semester

Intro to Business = A
Accounting I = A
College Comp = A- (Totally should have gotten an A, was by far the best writer in the whole class)
Intro to Computers = B+ (Not really sure how I got a B+, as I was in the mid-low 90s in all but one of the quizzes and felt really great on the final…oh well, I’m not a computer major!)
First Year Experience (Freshman seminar-type) = A-

GPA - 3.76 - Pretty happy with that for a first semester, could do better though :P
