<p>its used to find the equation of a circle with 3 points. i just want htis to check my answer cuz i always do stupid algebra mistakes.</p>

<p>You can check your answer by plugging in a point into the equation you got. And personally, I find that apps will just slow one down except for PolySmlt or simulateous equation solver. But even then, the numbers are usually simple enough to easily solve by hand.</p>
