I have searched all local nurseries to try to find the ‘Slim’ red bottlebrush tree that the landscape designer called out to cover the utility boxes. There probably is one at the big wholesale nursery up in Miramar area but I can’t drive in there and get one.
So, I have to go with Plan B today. Probably going to have to put in a large white bird of paradise but I need to research the root structure to make sure it is not going to impact the small 30" planting area available.

Door looks wonderful. (I didn’t realize it was a glass door…all the better to have a strong color!) The floors look great, too. I also like the downstairs light fixture, but that thing is BIG! Great for the space. Can’t wait to see the staged listing photos. At least hiring a stager means you won’t have to drag furniture over there yourself!

We dont want to use any power tools today because it is Sunday. I don’t know if the powerful vacuum counts as noisy power tool because I still have tons of dust to clean up. You should see the window screens. Do you think we would have been smart and removed them before sanding floors? Geez what a mess.
9:30am and we have brought another load
Of dirt to fill new planter, planted flax, installed master closet picket door and sliding closet doors.

Not feeling any love for the yellow pieces… 
They have the same in other colors, a blue that looks like it matches the door.
In my opinion, you need to be careful with blues. If they don’t match it will look like “they tried but couldn’t” as my mother used to say. :))
I like the yellow…but really what I pictured there was wicker.
I figure cb has her hands full today, and her stager will take care of these details.
Not a fan of the yellow. I don’t think you want the porch furniture to be the thing that grabs the eye. A clean-lined cedar-toned wood bench might be a good option.
Will the stager deal with that…if that is the case…why is CB taking her own patio furniture to the house? Maybe the stager only does the inside.
What would look really nice would be a teak chair with cushions, and a table.

I thought she was putting railing along the front porch. If that’s the case, I’m not sure furniture is imperative.
