The problem is we really don’t have a chance to ‘warn’ everyone that might come through house because there is a lockbox available to agents
What a stunning reno. Wish I could pack up and move – and had $$ to buy!
You might have the house under contract before the scheduled open house.
Can you put a note on the lock box?
OK, photos fixed. Hope photo fixes make it out to the Internet feeds. Thank you for letting me know, I really cannot see them. Its interesting that, in this particular property, the home is much nicer than photos show. Sometimes I have flips where photos are nicer than the place really is.
Off to pick up big dehumidifier from equipment rental place
This dishwasher is going to be the death of me!! First panel gets dented and scratched, $100 to buy new panel. Then we couldn’t replace panel so $175 for service technician. Then slight scratching of new floors in front of dishwasher from all the in/out man handling we had to do. And now $150 for dehumidifier over weekend and who knows what for all the repairs and labor trying to fix the floors!
We better sell high at this point
Photo 10 is the one with the junk thru the doorway. It’s just to the right of the cabinets.
I never noticed the junk in the doorway, because the arrow for the next photo obscures it. I had to enlarge the photo to see what you were talking about. Hopefully potential buyers are experiencing the same thing.
It’s always something, isn’t it? But relax CB. I have a good feeling about this house!
Took another look at the photos… Stunning. Just stunning!
It seems very well priced compared to what else is on the market in the area.
Did the agent get feedback during the caravan?
CB what’s the quickest you’ve sold a house? I’m betting this one will be snapped up quickly!
Yeah, now I see the junk in photo #10, but I had gone through them three times and had to have you point it out before I noticed it. And you know what? Even if a prospect notices it, I think they understand that they’re not buying the junk.
Photo 10 has been fixed everywhere except on Estately, I believe. Look on SDLookup. The picture of the front has been fixed to take out the trash cans behind the fence.
Thanks for checking Marilyn. I never know which Internet sites are going to pick up the data.
Marilyn, As a neutral ³rd party that is familiar with the area, what other properties would buyers be looking at that are competitors?
Just out of curiosity, is the listing on Zillow, Trulia or Realtor.com yet?
My agent says they have to manually enter it into Zillow. After hearing that, would not want to trust that site for accuracy
There were comparable homes on the estately listing. I’ll be interested to see what Marilyn says.
Zillow still has the Liberace photos. LOL
Trulia also has the Liberace photos.
Realtor.com has the current info and photos.
Ooh, an assignment! Exciting, I’ll work on it later.
Is the bathroom with the cherry finish cabinet the one you don’t like, CB? I think it looks terrific!!
The two upstairs bathrooms are beautiful, and the one downstairs seems more ordinary to me. But as cb said her agent said, by the time a buyer gets to the downstairs bathroom, they’ve probably already made up their mind about the house.
Good info, lets you know which ones are timely. Obviously Realtor.com is a better site.
