I dont think we should be asking CB ANY questions about the current offer, such as whether she’s happy with it. Lots of lurkers on this thread! For all she knows, the bidders could all be CC readers who found the house thru this thread.

I’m hoping cb takes a few weeks off and then starts looking for her next project. Of course, she won’t actually take time off, because how can she put the search on hold? She might miss out of the deal of the century!

Right now I’m torn between getting ready for an Open House on Saturday which I don’t think will really happen because it is supposed to rain on Saturday and I keep telling my agent that an Open House in the rain doesn’t make any sense… it doesn’t highlight the views
And, racing towards getting a lot of details ready because we need to get ready for a Home Inspection
Versus, stopping work to save money and waiting to see what is going to transpire out of everything going on today
The only thing I know we really need to get done is finish painting up the roof tiles but roofer cannot come install them until Monday because it is going to rain Friday and Saturday
Otherwise, maybe I can stop madly painting out the basement, etc??. although it would look weird half painted 
Hmmm…well, younare not selling the house as is…really. Don’t the buyers expect it to be completed? I would finish painting the basement.
If you really have three offers by Saturday that look viable…cancel the open house!
I have no advice for you in that regard. I am hopeful, however, that since the first offer came in, your agent will tell/has told other prospective buyers’ agents that you’ve got the offer and that that will get them off their tushies.
Congrats on the offer CB! Crossing my fingers that the others that come today will be even better.
