Well, I initially suggested trying the black handles so at least one us did like them. As did the buyer.

With the new mortgage regs, every time you change something on the HUD, it restarts a three day counter before you can close. If there’s any more adjustments, just write a check at the closing.

My opinion…that house was NOT staged. They moved grandmas stuff out…and then moved her furniture around the house. All very dated…and not in a mid century modern way.
I can’t figure out the table in the living room…guess it’s a dining room combo? And the kitchen table looks like it’s in a glorified hallway.
The fridge…that is just awful! You know…funny…we have a counter deothnfrodge for just that reason. Thenfridge placement would have had it sticking out a lot! What were they thinking??
Needs a facelift…although it at least looks livable…not lime Flip 6…which doesn’t look livable to me!!

My neighbor has that same kitchen table - honey maple colored top and forest green painted base and chairs - and she’s had it for years. I can’t stand that forest green.

The coloring in the pictures is so boring - makes me want to yawn.
I like the “punishment” couch in the living room.
I think there are some views from the windows on the second floor, but the house is quite a bit further back from the water than cb’s house. And there’s a lot of foliage on that side of the house which may block some of the view.
The drone shots are really misleading IMO. Almost deceptive.

That house is about a block and a half further from the shore than flip 5. But it’s sort of on a plateau rather than a cliff so you don’t get the sweeping views. You can see the ocean from the street; not sure what views you get from the house.
Didn’t anyone notice how horrible the refrigerator is??? Jutting out in the galley kitchen…
That house looks like a palace compared to some $1M+ teardowns in my neck of the woods…
