Florida International University or Pace University?

Could someone please help me out with this huge dilemma I am facing right now, FIU has 14 month MS in Information System program and they are not offering me any scholarship where Pace has 2 years program in MS in Information System and they tend to give me 20% scholarship which to be honest is not much.

So here’s the big question which university should I really opt for as being an International Student I can’t figure it out which is a better choice for me.

Please do help me out on this asap.

Come on guys anybody?

Rather than percentage, can you give the total cost (tuition, fees) for each program?
Have you applied anywhere else?
Did you apply for Spring or for Fall 2017?

FIU total tuition fee for 14 month program of MS in Information System = $37,000
Pace total tuition fee for 2 years program for MSIS = $43,000

Well about the applying elsewhere then to be honest I got duped by my consultant so the remaining 3 universities offer letter means nothing to me as they are not good school and their ranks are just out of this atmosphere, so better not take those into consideration. I was pretty novice at that time and the consultant did rob me, usually here the consultants are fraud as they will make you go to those universities where they have some commission, I hope you get the picture.

FIU and Pace are the only ones I had applied by myself from my choice, I know it might not be the best choice but that’s all I have right now.

I have applied for Spring 2017 and no I can’t wait another 6 months and apply again to some good school in Fall 2017, if that’s what you mean.

It would be much appreciated if anybody could give their perspective as it would help me big time.

Thanks.

I’d go with FIU then. It’s shorter, which means you’ll get your OPT faster and will pay fewer months in rent/food, AND you can find cheaper rents around Miami than in NYC (even if Miami’s not “cheap”, it’s still less expensive than NYC.)
